Richard Jurczyk: Richard Jurczyk is an energetic insurance executive and lawyer with a proven track record of building and leading successful insurance organizations. His vast experience extends to corporate operations, underwriting, policy drafting, claims handling, and litigation management. Richard is a graduate of Northwestern University and received his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Christine Jurczyk: Chris is the co-owner and managing partner of Javelin and a fully licensed Illinois and Indiana Insurance Producer for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Chris leads our marketing and sales group, and is also responsible for payroll and accounting. Prior to Javelin, she was a flight attendant for American Airlines for several years, where she enjoyed the many benefits of domestic and international travel. Chris is actively involved in elementary school-related functions. She and Richard are the proud parents of two young children, Emma and Ava.
Joe Jernigan: Joe serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Javelin, where he plays a pivotal role in driving business development and overseeing marketing strategies. With a strong focus on growth, Joe also leads the training and development of new employees, Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance, Joe brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Outside of his professional achievements, Joe is a dedicated father to his two-year-old daughter, Vivian, and takes great pride in balancing his career with his commitment to family.
Anthony Mazza: Anthony is a fully licensed Insurance Producer for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Anthony serves as Vice President of Javelin where he oversees, among other things, carrier relationships, onboarding for new hires, and I.T. Systems. Before joining Javelin, he worked for Farmers Insurance as an agency producer. Previously, Anthony served as an M.P. in the U.S. Army for six years, four of which were spent overseas in Italy. Anthony is the proud father of Issac and Nakia.
Matthew Domson: Matthew Domson is a Vice President of Javelin. He comes to us with experience in insurance agency ownership and shares our plans to expand our business in commercial industries including the world of marine insurance. He is driven and shares the vision of growth our company is heading. Matthew has extensive background in the automotive world fixed operations. Amongst his list of qualifications and life experiences he quickly has grown to become the company training specialist. Although Matthew is continually growing in knowledge and industry certifications, he always makes time for any members of the team we call family. His family consists of one very special girl – his dog Sasha. Sasha was rescued from the meat markets of Korea and now lives the life of a princess in Matthew’s care.
Angie Unger: is a fully licensed Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance Producer with a specialty in home and auto coverage. In addition to serving as a front-line agent, she actively participates in direct sales as one of the Company’s marketing representatives. Angie came to Javelin from a Farmers Insurance Agency where she began her insurance career. Prior to that, Angie spent several years in the cosmetology industry. She is the proud mother of three children.
Timothy Rowley: Tim Rowley is a fully licensed insurance producer specializing in property and casualty insurance across five states. With over 20 years of experience in the masonry construction industry, Tim brings invaluable hands-on knowledge of the coverage needs for both commercial and residential properties. He focuses primarily on Commercial Property insurance, ensuring clients have the right protection. Outside of work, Tim is a certified personal trainer and passionate about fitness.
Lesia Leitzinger: Lesia is a fully licensed insurance producer with a focus on personal insurance, including home and auto coverage. With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, she brings a unique perspective and a strong commitment to client service. Outside of work, Lesia is passionate about hockey, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
